Project Delivery
Headed by The Senior Project Manager, our Delivery Team deliver engineering excellence on time - providing responsive MEP solutions.
Our sequencing is programme driven with every aspect analysed. Subsequent interfacing matrix is used and distributed to the client’s delivery team.
We have an in-house 'traffic light' system which tracks progress of all duties - this is managed by the Senior Project Manager with the respective Mechanical & Electrical package managers.
Our purchasing department coordinate with our delivery team and client to ensure timely deliveries.

Regular meetings will be held with the proceeding and prevailing trades for progress updates throughout the duration of the project.
All meetings are minuted and circulated to management with any areas of concern highlighted.
'Look-ahead' schedules are reviewed during meetings with updates are provided to the Procurement team and subsequently relayed to our suppliers..
